NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 16, 2024 the City Council of the City of Ferndale adopted Ordinance 2024-01 “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FERNDALE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE 02-02 SECTION 6.05, DESIGN CONTROL COMBINING OR D-ZONE”, by title only, by the following vote: Ayes: Cady, Lund, Fisk-Becker, Jorgensen, Ostler. Noes: None. Absent: None. A certified copy of the complete text of the ordinance may be read in the City Clerk’s office, 834 Main St., Ferndale.
