Ferndale’s favorite son, celebrity chef Guy Fieri, will officially be handed the gavel on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Ferndale City Hall in honor of April 5th being declared as “Guy Fieri Day” in Ferndale.

The public is invited to this special ceremony when Fieri will move into the mayor’s seat on the dais and rule over the Victorian Village for a day.

Will Fieri be “rolling out” new ordinances? Will he declare Ferndale be renamed “Flavortown” for the day? Will he change Main Street to “Delicious Boulevard”? Who knows. What we do know is that Fieri has done so much for Ferndale that he deserves an “off the chain” thank you.

Be at Ferndale Town Hall in the council chambers at 10:00 am to celebrate Guy Fieri on Guy Fieri Day in Ferndale!
