NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the October 15, 2025 City Council Meeting beginning at 6:00PM, the city council will be reviewing the Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance 2025-05 “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FERNDALE AMENDING ORDINANCE 295 SECTIONS 1, 5, 6, AND 9, NAMING THE COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT AS THE HEALTH OFFICIAL FOR FERNDALE.
The public is welcome to attend and comment. Written comments may be submitted by email at cityclerk@ci.ferndale.ca.us, mail POB 1095, Ferndale, CA 95536, or dropped at city hall at 834 Main Street, Ferndale. Written comments must be received before 12:00pm October 15, 2025, to be considered by the Council.
