NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ferndale City Council will hold a public hearing on April 15, 2025, at 6:00pm for the Second Reading and adoption, by title only, of the following:
Ordinance 2026-03, entitled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FERNDALE OF HUMBOLDT COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 03-05 AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT LOCAL AGENCY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND ASSOCIATED ONSITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM STANDARDS; DELEGATING IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT TO THE COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH; AND MAKING RELATED FINDINGS
All interested persons are invited to attend this Public Hearing. Members of the public who wish to make public comment for this hearing are encouraged to do so. The City encourages public participation. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the public hearing by April 15, 2026, at 12:00pm. Witten comments will be forwarded to the Council for review.
