PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 18, 2022, the City Council of the City of Ferndale adopted the following Ordinances:
1. Ordinance 2022-01 “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FERNDALE ADOPTING A MILITARY EQUIPMENT USE POLICY”, by title only, by the following vote: Ayes: Hindley, Avis, Lund, Ostler, Smith.
2. Ordinance 2022-02 “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FERNDALE ADOPTING ORGANICS REDUCTION AND RECYCLING”, by title only, by the following vote: Ayes Hindley, Avis, Lund, Ostler, Smith.
