CONSIDERATION OF ENTERING INTO ENERGY SERVICE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT FOR THE CITY OF FERNDALE’S SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC & LIGHTING PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that on September 15, 2021 at approximately 7:00 PM at the regular meeting of its City Council, City of Ferndale (“City”) will conduct a public hearing, VIA ZOOM, to obtain comment regarding the City’s consideration of entering into an energy service design-build contract pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code Section 4217.10, et seq.
The Hearing will be open to the public. At any time before that date and time set forth in this notice for the Public Hearing, written comment on the proposal may be filed at Ferndale City Hall, 834 Main St, Ferndale, CA 95536 or via email, cityclerk@ci.ferndale.ca.us. All persons wishing to comment at the public hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard.
