Ferndale Business and Dog Licenses renew on July 1st. Reminder Postcards start going out this week. Fees are due and payable by July 31, 2024. If you would prefer to have your notices emailed, please email the city clerk at cityclerk@ci.ferndale.ca.us. You may mail in your payment to City of Ferndale. POB 1095, Ferndale, CA 95536. Checks or Money Orders should be made out to City of Ferndale.

FOR BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL
Please reference Business name if using a personal check, or if business name is different from the check being used. If you need to make any changes to the license, please submit payment with a business license form. Business License Application

FOR DOG LICENSE
Please be sure to review your renewal postcard. Your postcard includes the rabies expiration date the city has on file. If your dogs rabies certificate has expired, we will need a current copy of the rabies certificate. The city will not renew a dog license with out a current rabies certificate.
If you have a new dog, please fill out the dog license application. Renewal payments can be mailed in. Please include a current rabies certificate if needed. Checks or money orders should be made out to City of Ferndale.

We always welcome you to renew all your licenses in office. City Hall is open from 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday. We are closed on Fridays and on all Major Holidays.

WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
