Code Red Alert System is now available for Ferndale. Residents can sign up to be alerted by phone, email, text, mobile app, etc. for time sensitive emergency alerts and general city messages.
We encourage our residents to sign up for these services that allow our public safety officials to alert residents and businesses regarding emergency situations.
To register simply follow any of these steps:
1. Use your camera to scan the QR Code below, or go to https://accountportal.onsolve.net/ferndalealerts. Then click “Register”.

2. Fill out as many of the form fields as you would like. We recommend multiple points of contact to ensure you can be reached during an emergency.
3. Make sure to keep your information up to date.
